  • Spent our five nights in the Dolomites at this hotel and as the title says everything was as majestic as the mountain views. I am sure there are a lot of good places to stay in the Dolomites but the Active Olympic must be right up at the peak in all areas. The rooms, the very pleasant and helpful staff, the activities, the proximity to mountain lifts and walks, the food(breakfast, dinner and afternoon snacks), the little extras, the entertainment. Did not use the 'wellness facilities' but they looked very impressive. Did use the pool but would have preferred it to be either non heated or a good bit cooler. Hotel is a comfortable 3 hour car drive from Venice Airport and I would highly recommend for anyone desiring a very pleasant,central hotel for the Dolomites.
