General conditions and FAQ

The prices include the use of the Spa and the indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, some of the activities of the weekly Experience programme, Wi-Fi and reserved parking.
The following are excluded: bar and restaurant drinks, massages and treatments in the Spa, visitors tax (€2,50 per day per person) and any other extras not mentioned here.

Hotel adults only (14+)

We want to create in our hotel the ideal place to relax and disconnect completely. That's why we decided to turn our hotel into a hotel for adults. Don't get us wrong: we love children! But we know that sometimes a relaxing, pleasant, romantic and just for two stay is just what you need.

Price

Our rates include access to the SPA area with heated indoor/outdoor pool, participation in our weekly activity programme — some activities are complimentary — as well as Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

Not included are drinks from the bar and restaurant, massages and treatments at the spa, the local tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day, and any additional extras.

Our prices are variable and subject to availability. They depend on the hotel occupancy level and how far in advance the stay is booked.

A deposit is usually required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of departure.

Guests who book earlier for a given period generally enjoy the best available rate.

Restaurants

Olympic Bistrot:

For lunch or a light snack, you may order from the Olympic Bistrot menu.

Olympic Restaurant:

Dinner at the Olympic Restaurant is included with half board.
Guests staying on a bed and breakfast basis are welcome to reserve a table and dine à la carte.

Restaurant Ort:

An à la carte menu at Restaurant Ort.

Here, traditional recipes are reinterpreted through a plant-inspired perspective.

Spa and swimmingpool

Spa, wellnessarea and Massages:

Free access to the SPA, with heated indoor/outdoor pool and sauna world, is always included with your room reservation.

Olympic’s SPA is especially appreciated for its wellness programmes. For this reason, we recommend booking your massages and treatments before arrival, so you can choose the times that best suit your stay. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After that, the booked treatment will be charged in full.

Flexible times are available on request.

On the day of departure, you are welcome to relax in the SPA free of charge until 2.00 pm.

Would you like to extend your time with us a little longer? A late check-out is available on request for an additional fee, and an early check-in may also be arranged.

Booking

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay. This may be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard, by providing card number and expiry date) or by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

For the Standard Rate

  • up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
  • from 14 days before arrival until the day of arrival: 30% of the total stay (= deposit)
  • In the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.


For the Non-Refundable Rate and the Takyon Non-Refundable Rate

  • Non-refundable rates can only be booked online. They are discounted rates and cannot be cancelled.
  • For both the Non-Refundable Rate and the Takyon Non-Refundable Rate, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged also in the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show.
  • The Takyon Non-Refundable Rate gives guests the opportunity to try to resell their booking online to other Takyon users.
  • How resale works: You may put your booking up for sale on Takyon until 11:59 pm on the day before check-in, by following the steps provided on the platform. You are free to set your own resale price.

Pets

While we love our four-legged friends, our hotel is not equipped to host animals, we trust you understand.

Parking


All Olympic guests may use the parking area next to the hotel free of charge. Charging stations for electric cars are also available here.

Transfer


On request and for an additional fee, we will be pleased to welcome you at the railway station, the airport, or any other location you prefer.
