The Restaurant is a Culinary Experience in the Heart of the Dolomites for healty food in Dolomites

Restaurants - Italian cusine

Olympic's two restaurants

Eating healty means wellbeing, Discover Dolomites menus and veggie aromas that rejuvenate both soul and body.

"With one eye on the past and a dive into the future in harmony with nature," this is the motto of the Chef Demetrio.

His dishes in the restaruants are inspired by the Dolomites, as is the concept of the restaurant in Fassa valley.

Italian mountain products are the essential ingredients that characterize the menus.

Italian Chef Demetrio carefully oversees the selection of raw materials, relying on local producers who passionately uphold Trentino traditions.

Olympic Restaurant - Gourmet experiences in a wellness hotel on the Dolomites

In the heart of Trentino, on the Dolomites, the Olympic Restaurant embraces a culinary philosophy deeply rooted in tradition and innovation, where respect for the land and its bounty translates into refined and sustainable cuisine.

The use of zero-kilometer products is crucial, not only ensuring freshness and quality but also supporting local farmers.

The kitchen treasures the raw materials provided by the territory: fruits and vegetables harvested in their peak seasons, eggs from local farms, and artisan cheeses produced locally.

Every ingredient is carefully chosen to ensure that each dish served is the healthy and genuine expression of the Val di Fassa.

Additionally, great importance is given to homemade products. From Italian bread, freshly kneaded and baked daily in our oven, to desserts made according to the traditional recipes of the region Dolomites.

Every element of our culinary offering is crafted in-house with passion and dedication.

Guests here can savor Ladin flavors in this Restaurant on the Dolomites, in a setting that celebrates sustainability, seasonality, and local culinary art, always with an eye towards quality and innovation.

Ort Restaurant - Vegetarian restaurant in the Dolomites

Born from the idea of offering something that was missing in the Valley: an entirely vegetarian, creative and seasonal menu that enhances the products of the earth without sacrificing taste and tradition.

After eight years of experience in a vegetarian restaurant in Milan, chef Demetrio brings to his land a cuisine that celebrates garden vegetables, grown at km 0 and organic.

The menu is designed not only for vegetarians, but for anyone who wants to try a different, tasty and healthy experience. Dishes that reinterpret traditional recipes with a vegetable twist - such as our “carbonara” with vegetables instead of bacon - prove that you can eat with taste, lightness and curiosity.

Discover the authentic flavor of vegetables as you've never tasted them.
