Olympic Hotel towards Milano-Cortina 2026

A lifelong Olympic passion since 1964

There are stories that stand the test of time

Stories made of dreams, sacrifice, and a deep love for sport and its values. Stories where the present intertwines with the past, giving strength to the future. Just like ours, which will see Caterina Carpano compete at the Milan–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, after winning a bronze medal at the Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer (2016) and competing at the Beijing Olympics in 2022.

Caterina inherited her sporting spirit from her grandfather, Carlo Pellegrin, the founder of the Olympic. In 1964, he was preparing to fulfil his dream of competing at the IX Winter Olympic Games in Innsbruck. An accident stopped him just before reaching that goal, but the dream never faded. It transformed becoming a legacy, powerful and silent, engraved in the very name of our hotel, Olympic, and in the way we welcome every guest who, like Carlo, lives with passion and the courage to face new challenges.

The Milan–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics will take place right here among our mountains, in an atmosphere where sport, nature, and tradition come together. Just 15 km from us, in Val di Fiemme, more than 30% of all Olympic medals will be awarded!

It’s a thrill that moves us deeply. A pride that feels like home.

Because the Olympics are not just a competition they are a symbol of resilience, passion, and dedication. Every athlete carries a story of sacrifice, perseverance, and renewal. And we, too as a family, as a hotel have grown this way: believing in dedication, embracing change, and finding strength in every new challenge.

At the Olympic Hotel, we celebrate not only sport itself, but everything that makes it great: the harmony between body and mind, the energy that comes from nature, and the wellbeing that restores and prepares. Here, among mountains that tell stories of effort and redemption, travellers and dreamers alike find their space to reconnect, recharge, and begin again.

Discover more aboute the experiences

This is the spirit with which we prepare to welcome the 2026 Olympic Games to our Dolomites to live this extraordinary event up close, celebrating sport as a force that inspires and transforms. A journey that values every achievement, big or small, and carries within it the true essence of the Olympics: the courage to go beyond, and the joy of being together.
