FUTURE PROJECTS

WE HAVE AN UPDATE: 2022 WILL BE A YEAR FULL OF NEWS AND WE WANT YOU TO BE THE FIRST TO KNOW ABOUT ONE OF THE PROJECTS WE HAVE IN STORE FOR YOU.

WE ARE MAKING A SERIOUS COMMITMENT FOR A MORE SUSTAINABLE FUTURE. THE JOURNEY WILL BE LONG, BUT EXCITING: ONE THAT LETS YOU LIVE IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH NATURE. IT WILL BE AS IF THE MOUNTAINS AND EVERYTHING THAT SURROUNDS US WERE A JUST STEP AWAY.

A BRIEF INTERVIEW WITH STEFAN RIER, ARCHITECT OF THE NOA DI BOLZANO STUDIO, WHICH HAS ACCEPTED TO JOIN THE PROJECT WITH US FOR A MORE ECO-SUSTAINABLE FUTURE.

HOW DO YOU IMAGINE OLYMPIC IN 20 YEARS?

We at the Noa studio have imagined giving even more relevance to the guiding principles of Olympic today. In the future, guests will feel an increasing need to immerse themselves in nature. The scope will be to interact more with the forest, the water, and the mountains, as if the interior and exterior were one.

The interior living spaces of Olympic will be like living in the woods.

The architecture will be fully integrated with the landscape and the surrounding environment, enhancing the side of the hotel that is in the closest contact with nature and the landscape that surrounds it.

In this way, the peaks of the Sasso Lungo in the background will have a “monument” dedicated to them through the shape of the new building and the observer will be struck by the continuity of the panorama.

The ecological aspect is one of the most relevant issues.

The idea is to create new rooms and new services with natural materials: for example, Dolomite rock will be a predominant element.

Another factor will be to highlight the local businesses and the small artisans of the area. We will try to embrace the ecological aspect more and more by aiming for plastic free - or at least plastic less.

WHAT DO YOU SEE IN THE FUTURE OF HOTELS?

The future lies in specialization. It is important to define a specific target. This might be represented by people who want to have an experience in contact with nature, but without sacrificing the comforts of a superior hotel. It is necessary to be selective, have a very clear philosophy, and uncompromising. To choose suitable services and offer a variety of solutions so that the experience becomes truly unique.

A hotel should not be perceived as an island. It is important to interact with the guests, helping them experience the territory, and gain insights through contact with the locals. Guests must feel they are part of the community.

Nature, Time, Space. Disconnect from the routine and free your mind. Restore the energy and breath.

There will be 10 Natural Suites with view on the woods. Nature inside and outside to become one; to live in silence and rediscover enjoyable
moments. The mountains will be your private balcony, your yard and your exclusive space.

Savour

The restaurant will offer mountain dishes and new interpretations of haute cuisine.

We will happily delight you with dishes and aromas typical from Val di Fassa and much more.

Rediscover tranquility.

The Olympic will focus even more on adults and children over 14 years old.

A place of tranquillity and silence for those who desire to rediscover themselves enjoying moments of mental and physical rest;
