Detox & Renewal: wellness Reimagined in the Dolomites

How many times, caught in the fast pace of everyday life, have you dreamed of escaping for a moment that belongs only to you; surrounded by the gentle cocoon of a spa, far from every demand and distraction?

Modern life, divided between work and family, is a rhythm of constant pressure.
We live chasing time, until body and mind begin to ache from the weight of it all.

If you’ve decided to take a pause in the enchanting Val di Fassa, the Olympic Hotel is the ideal destination to step away from life’s chaos and reconnect with yourself.
Here, in the heart of the Dolomites of Trentino, wellness is not a luxury it’s a way of returning to your true balance.

Te Jaga Spa – the spirit of renewal at high altitude

The Te Jaga Spa at the Olympic Hotel was created to offer guests an experience of authentic wellbeing, inspired by the healing rhythm of the mountains.
This is not just a spa, it’s a wellness sanctuary in the Dolomites, where body, mind, and nature meet in perfect harmony.

A team of holistic therapists, naturopaths, and beauty experts design tailor-made experiences to meet your individual needs.
Every treatment, every ritual becomes a moment of reconnection a mindful journey into balance.

The Detox & Renewal Journey

Our Detox & Renewal programme goes beyond the traditional spa experience.
It’s a path of transformation in deep harmony with nature, designed to awaken energy, free the body, and soothe the mind.

Begin with time in the Finnish sauna, where dry, gentle heat purifies the skin, stimulates circulation, and relieves muscular tension, a ritual that releases toxins while grounding the body.

Then surrender to the Earth & Sky massage, a holistic treatment inspired by ancient wisdom.
Through acupressure and flowing movements on the head, face, and feet, this ritual restores energy pathways, aligning body and spirit in perfect balance.

Harmony between body and nature in the Dolomites

The Detox & Renewal path unites the ancestral wisdom of mountain traditions with the most advanced holistic techniques.
From Orthobionomy postural therapy to Abhyanga, the traditional Ayurvedic oil massage, each ritual works on the nervous system to calm anxiety, insomnia, and emotional fatigue.

Finally, the Lomi Lomi Nui, the Hawaiian “wave massage,” combines long, fluid, rhythmic strokes that travel across the body like the ocean’s tide a sensory journey of renewal and release.

As the French philosopher Bernard Le Bovier de Fontenelle wrote:
“Health is the unit that gives value to all the zeros in life.”

So why not start valuing that unity and yourself right here in the mountains of Trentino?

Your body is asking for peace.
The Olympic Hotel is where it finds it.
